I hope it is a good year for you all, and definitely a better year than 2013 was.

In terms of art (which I guess is why we are on this site)

    Go for it!    Go for it!     Go for it!  and Go for it somemore

Do those things that you have thought about however strange or odd - define yourself through your difference.
Remember that critique is for the benefit of those who critique, not often for the artist or their art,
so on the whole just ignore the good and the bad, just do your thing, truely, boldly.
When you stand back and look at what you have created - is it you?, does it say what you want it to?
If not, do it again until it does.

Overall, I hope you find the peace, hope, belief and satisfaction within yourself this year.
And overall I hope we learn as a species that our world is a small place and we need to look after it, and each other.

Hi All
It's been a year since I last updated this journal, Wow time flies!
I'm still around and about, but constrained by work and computer issues.
I'm hoping to push my boundaries with photography, so hopefully if I do you will see the results soon enough.
Sorry if I have ignored you all for the past year, no guarantee that will change anytime soon, Lol, but I usually have a look to see what you are all up to and continue to be inspired by what I see.
Anyhoo, I hope all who read this little ditty are well and keeping out of any serious trouble.

Well, I said give me a few days and I'll get to a feature, so a month and a bit has passed and here it is! Finally!

I am in the habit of sending blank Journals so I thought just in case I would title this 'Blank'
Time to feature some people who have shown so much support over the year I have been on board the good ship DeviantART.
I will attempt to push the right buttons, launch the correct icons and maybe even thank the right people.
No I'm not going to do it now, but over the next few days I might get my stuff together and achieve this,
