Cabin Fever

Turangi, Central North Island, New Zealand.
These are cabins at the local camp ground.
There are about a hundred of them now but during the construction of the local hydro-electric dams and power stations in the 60's and 70's there were a thousand of them at this place.
Mostly for Italian single men who came out here to work on these schemes.
